Über diesen Strand

Spiaggia di Chia ist der Hauptstrand des renommierten Ferienortes Chia im Süden Sardiniens. Dieser breite Strand mit feinem weißen Sand erstreckt sich unter einem alten Sarazenen-Wachturm und bietet einen Panoramablick entlang der südwestlichen Küste und auf die kleinen vorgelagerten Inseln. Das Wasser ist bemerkenswert klar und verschiebt sich je nach Licht und Tageszeit durch eine außergewöhnliche Auswahl an Blautönen und Grüntönen. Der Meeresboden ist sandig und leicht abfallend, aber der Strand bietet auch tieferes Wasser relativ nahe am Ufer für diejenigen, die gerne schwimmen. Die Gegend von Chia ist eine der am weitesten entwickelten Urlaubsregionen Sardiniens mit High-End-Hotels, Restaurants und Strandclubs. Dennoch behält der Strand selbst seine natürliche Schönheit, die von Sanddünen und mediterraner Vegetation unterstützt wird. Der Aussichtspunkt des Turms bietet eines der meistfotografierten Panoramen im Süden Sardiniens.

Such a beautiful beach but also convenient, the parking lot is literally on the beach. I admit that I avoid coming here in the peak months because it does get crowded. Very crowded. However, avoiding it, you have the beach and the view of Spanish tower all to yourself, and walk on the sand without any disturbance (like the photo and video)

Paradise! There is parking place near the beach that cost 8 euro a day and toilet with shower at the parking space. Beach is just stunning with beautiful sand and crystal clear sea. There is a lot of free place. Not really crowded. There is also a beach bar (stabilimento). 2 beds and umbrellone costs 50 euro. Everything in stabilimento looks organised. Recommended!

For those who go by bus, get off at the Chia Tabacchi bar stop and after that the beach is not far on foot. Enjoyment is right, there is no mistake. They also have a large parking for those who come by car.

The parking next to Luna supermarket is free. From there you need to walk around 10 minutes to the beach. The beach is nice, not too crowded and there were nice waves to play in. It was quite windy and many umbrellas were praying for their lives.

One of the best beaches with a bit a view. Parking is 8€ for a whole day, 0,50 cent to use a bathroom
